    My vehicle was impounded on Aug 24. I called **** **** ** that day and was told it was going to be in there for 60 days. I went to eagle rock today to pick it up and was told they had already scrapped it. When it was impounded i was in the middle of moving back from alberta and eagle rock wouldn't let me get anything out of it so I lost a lot of clothes, tools, personal belongings, and so much.. I spoke with them a couple weeks ago on the 62ed day and told them I wanted my vehicle 100%.

    My desired resolution would be store credit (I have another vehicle in the impound), replacement of the tools and everything else, delivery of the vehicle would be ideal, and an apology. I just learned that they did not follow legal procedures.

    We have followed all the regulations according to **** ****** **.  Customer did not want to pay for impound fees although the owner had offered her a discount.  Vehicle was sent to scrap after not hearing 

    from customer after the time she was to pick up the vehicle and pay for it.  We have spoken to the scrap dealer that we sent it to and he hasn't touched the vehicle yet, we can get it back for the customer

    if she is willing to pay the fees to date.
