      I was told how the carpet would be installed within a month and they demanded full payment. After receiving the full payment they changed their time and told me it would be 5-10 weeks, which we may not be living at the residence of the carpet instalment. We made it clear we needed it ASAP and they **** to us.

You were notified that our lead time was 5-10 weeks via an email from ******* on July 13, 2022 10:26 AM. 6 days later you provided a 50% deposit on the job upon accepting the quote, as that is our company policy. You did not make a payment in full, nor do we require a payment in full until the job is complete! Please contact management in ******* if you would like to discuss this matter a bit more.
