    Between August 20th and 27th, 2023, I rented an SUV (2023 *** *) from Prime Rentals. During the time that I rented the vehicle, they allege a scratch and a dent occurred. They immediately charged me $1000 for the damage as a "deductible" (stated on invoice). I subsequently filed an insurance claim with my credit card company, as they have rental car insurance. I have submitted all the required documents to the credit company, however they require a detailed damage report and estimate from a repair shop, from Prime Rentals. This has not been forwarded, as Prime Rentals claim that they "****** *** *** *** **** * **** *** ******* ******." No date has been offered regarding when this will happen. As a result, I am unable to submit my insurance claim, with no end in sight. Each time I have asked for this report, the owner/manager offers no date of resolution to this issue. He has also stated that the repairs will likely cost "**** **** **** *****", leaving me concerned and stressed about the possible costs, but with no indication of how much, or when I will know the exact amount.
