5 starsWe called Doug yesterday and he showed up today like expected. He is very polite and knowledgeable. He worked on our Kenmore Elite fridge and was able to fix the problem. No need to buy a new fridge, yay!

I called Doug's Dependable Service to repair a Samsung stove burner, and received great service. Doug was all of those characteristics that you hope for in a serviceman. He delivered on the day promised, he called in advance to let me know that he was on his way, he changed the component quickly, checked and tightened other components of the stove, and charged a fair price. He has earned our trust, and I recommend him to others.

5 starsI never write reviews. But in this case I must write about great service and value. Our clothes dryer broke down December 23 and we called 2 companies. One wanted a huge prepayment plus parts. Doug’s just wanted our address for an appointment. We booked an appointment for December 29. Doug apologized for not being able to come out sooner. He showed up on time and in short order did the repair sooner and for far less

5 starsI requested service on a high end washer but was advised that I was outside Doug's service area. However, Doug then asked me what the problem was on the phone, I described it and he told me that most likely it was not worth repairing. I later found another repair service in my area, who came over and charged me a service call, and told me the very same thing: not worth repairing. Doug was correct in his free assessment, which was very helpful. Finally, I don't mind having a second opinion, because now I feel quite comfortable purchasing a new washer and dryer set. Thanks Doug.
