    I am writing to formally file a complaint against Cody Cave Tours regarding their refusal to issue a refund for a tour I could not physically complete due to health-related issues.On Aug 31, 2024, we participated in the Family tour offered by **** ***** Tours. Before booking, I called and expressed concerns to ***** about my physical ability to complete the tour, especially regarding the walk to cave entrance. However, I was assured that I would be able to ********* we walked up to the caves, I began to feel lightheaded, and my knees started to hurt. Due to the elevation, I was unable to continue, which was incredibly frustrating and concerning for my health. I communicated my situation to the owner, hoping for understanding and support. Unfortunately, the owner was unaccommodating and refused to issue a refund despite the fact that my inability to continue was health-related.I believe that the company should have policies in place to address situations like mine, especially when health and safety are involved. I am seeking a full refund for the tour, as we did not receive the service we paid for due to circumstances beyond our control.**Desired Resolution:** I would like to receive a full refund for the tour, as we were unable to complete it due to my health issues.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope for a prompt resolution.
