    We bought an atv from them and when we go to there to pick up, they sold our unit and wont refund our deposit when they told us they will refund us

    Customer put a $2000 deposit on a 06/23/2023 toward a 2023 Can-am Defender we had in stock.  Customer wanted the machine to be modified with a Full Cab Enclosure and other hunting accessories.  We installed all the accessories and the unit was ready for pick up a early July.  We called ************** several times in to arrange a pick up time.  Several pick up times were arranged, however ************** never showed up to pay for and pick up the unit.  After numerous attempts to contact the customer to arrange a pick up date we decided to sell the machine April 12th, 2024 at a loss in order to recoup as much of the costs that went into the machine.  ************** then came by to view the machine sometime in late may early June.  We explained that the machine was sold, however we could sell him the same unit but in a 2024 model and his $2000 deposit could be applied to that machine.  ************** wanted to trade in his 2024 ****** atv that he purchased somewhere else a few months ago but we couldn't agree on a value for the trade in.  We are still willing to sell him the same 2024 unit without the trade in and apply the $2000 deposit to the machine.  Let me know how you would like to proceed

    I am rejecting this response because:when we went to the store, sales person ****** told us that we would get our refund back, and that is why we just bought another ATV  later on. I called ***** several times and he told me that accounting person did not reply to him and want to me wait and said he will call me back. He did not call me back and I tried to call him almost every a few days to follow up. Finally, ****** called me and told me that his boss is not approved the refund. 

    Right now, we just purchased a new ATV and we do not need to buy again. We just want our money back as promised.

    The option for a refund was never made. We special ordered thousands of dollars worth of parts to make the machine the way you wanted it. The deposit is non refundable, however like I previously said we can apply it to the newer model if you choose to follow through with the purchase. Thanks for your time.

    Once you agreed to the modification and the ordering of parts for the machine the deposit became a down payment towards the machine. This is a non refundable payment.
