    On Feb 10 2023 I put a deposit on a new canopy from ****** **** in Grande Prairie Alberta. I was told it would be best for me to buy a 'range rider' rather than an '***' as it would be here in 6-8 weeks. It never arrived. The Grande Prairie office closed its doors so I was then dealing with Darren in the Edmonton branch who said "not to worry, I have another canopy on its way". This never arrived either. So Darren said, "don't worry you wont lose your deposit if this doesn't work out". I was patient as I wanted a canopy again. (I am a repeat client). Darren told me my canopy was in but I have to drive to Edmonton for install (450KM one way). Again I was happy to get my canopy. Arrive in Edmonton, waited for 3.5 hours as they were not ready for me, ok, to find out that this canopy did not fit my truck. I have no reason why other than "********** must have built you an incorrect canopy" I said fine, I want my money back as this has gone on for way too long. Darren said, "you have to go through ********** (Range Rider) as that is head office". OK then I will reach out. I contacted Sherrie after many attempts (I had to say I was someone else to talk to her cuz when I told them my name she was mysteriously never in. Sherrie said she will have a check cut for my but would need signature from either Al or Andrew. I was able to contact Sherrie today and the check has been ready since Aug 31 but no approval from the owners. I have had zero call backs, zero email responses from anyone at ****** **** or Range Rider. All I want is my money back for a product that I did not receive. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my entire life. And I am a repeat client. So ****** **** and Range Rider are basically the same company from what I am told. In a nutshell I provided a deposit of $1750.00 in Feb 2023 for a product that never arrived (was told 6-8 weeks delivery), I waited 5 months before pushing the envelope now its time I get my money back. Thank you
