    I bought tickets for their posted event (https://dinoworldvancouver.com/about/) and they postponed it twice.... and then never came through. Their website confirms that they will issue refunds but I have been waiting months.... and emailed over 5 times. PLEASE NOTE THAT REFUNDS ARE DONE MANUALLY AND MAY TAKE UP TO 30 WORKING DAYS TO PROCESS. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE THIS MAY HAVE CAUSED AND STILL LOOK FORWARD TO BRINGING THE JURASSIC FESTIVAL TO SURREY BC IN AUGUST 2022.

    Purchased tickets to event in Jan 2022 to attend April 2022. Rec'd email stating event is being postponed to August and if you can't attend, you can request a refund. I requested a refund and have followed up with 7 additional emails, plus one to the **** ** *******  I am out $87.88 *** * ** * ****** ** * ***** *******

    This company is ****, they claim to post an event get you to buy tickets but then keep "postponing" the event and saying they will issues refunds if wanted however they continue to not provide any refunds and say things are taking longer than expected. Its been over six months since a refund has been requested and further attempts to reach out are met with less and less communication and currently no response. **** ** *** **** ********* *** * ***** ******** **** ****** ******* ** **** *******

    I bought tickets to an event by this company that has been “postponed” twice. It seems this is a repeated issue also happened in other Canadian cities. Therefore I believe it is a ****. I have emailed repeatedly for a refund and receive only the same automated response. I have seen many ticket holders posting the same issue. Please list them as company with ********** practices. I don’t want anyone else losing money to them.

    We bought tickets to the Dino World Vancouver show (Jurassic Fest) on Feb 5 for a show that was supposed to take place in April. When they had to cancel the show, they offered ticket holders refunds. I requested a refund 2 times (Mar 22, Mar 28). On Mar 29 I was told I would receive a refund in 30 days. Never received a refund. Have requested a refund again on Aug 12.

    Dino World Vancouver is an event business who are putting on the event Jurassic Fest Surrey at the Cloverdale Fairgrounds. It was initially set to run in April 2022, but has since been postponed until August 12-14 2022. Due to the last-minute date change, many patrons are no longer able to attend. The business claimed to offer ticket changes or refunds to patrons who had already purchased their tickets. They provided email addresses to contact. I, and many others as seen on their social media comments, have been emailing repeatedly since April 1, 2022 and have yet to receive any response from the business. They do not have a listed phone number, and do not accept messages through their social media accounts so the email address provided is the only option to contact them. However, they DO post on social media DAILY to continue to advertise and sell tickets. At this time I have not been able to change my tickets, or be refunded. The ticket prices are also poorly communicated, as it lists kids tickets at $9 (with no age specification), and then mentions somewhere in ******** comments that children under 2 years old are free. So many people purchased kids tickets when they did not have to for their under 2 year old child. **** ****** ***** ***** **** * *****  The business should not be able to continue selling tickets until they have responded to the patrons who have already paid. The business should also correct any discrepancies in child ticket prices.

    I bought tickets for the event in Surrey, BC when it was canceled for April 2022 I was offered to either get a refund or reschedule for August 2022 I requested a refund and sent all the info they required as per my files show that I uploaded I was asked to be patient while they go through the refunds Then the last email I received said the event is going on in August and that I was expected to use my tickets then Looking for a refund as I can not go to this event THank you
