In August 2022 BBB investigated Dino World Vancouver business practices. This investigation was prompted by (e.g. large volume of complaints, advertising issues, consumer inquiries, customer reviews, and scam tracker reports).
The consumers purchased event tickets that were advertised on their website to take place in Cloverdale Fairgrounds but they could not reach the company for a refund. BBB contacted the City of Vancouver for a business permit and was told they were in the application process phase but in the end the permit was not approved. BBB sent an email to the address. BBB requested for clarification on their refund policy if a customer purchases a ticket through the company. To date, BBB has not received a response to our request for information.
