I took my ************* E250 to Allied Auto Repairs, ****** on Wednesday, April 16th for an oil change and to fix an acceleration issue. I was charged $156 for both services. After two and a half hours, the staff returned the car saying the job was done. However, the same warning message appeared on the screen. When I pointed it out, they said they would reset the code. After 30 minutes, I received the car again, but it broke down in the middle of the road shortly after leaving the workshop.I returned to Allied Auto Repairs immediately and informed them. They took the key and assured me they would handle it. On Thursday, April 17th, I visited the shop again but received no updates despite waiting all day. On Friday, April 18th, I was told they were checking the electrical components and the car would be ready by afternoon. Later, they said it was out for a test drive and promised a callback in 30 minutes no call came, and my calls were ignored through Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday. On Monday, April 21st, I visited again and was told an electrician would inspect the vehicle within 30 minutes. When I returned at 4 PM, I was informed that a computer technician was now working on it. After another two hours, they said the issue was with the pedal and that they would provide a price update the next day. There has been no proper communication, repeated delays, and no transparency regarding the issue, repair progress, or further costs. Despite paying what they asked, I still do not have my vehicle back or any clarity. The service experience at Allied Auto Repairs, ****** has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
