    In December 2023, I connected with Eco Appliance Repair technician, *******************, to address the soot issue with my two front gas range burners. **** diagnosed the problem as a failing gas pressure regulator and recommended replacing it along with the burner heads. His quote for replacing the gas pressure regulator was $400, with a month-long wait for the part. I paid **** $165 for the initial diagnosis.Agreeing to proceed with the replacement of the gas pressure regulator and two burner heads, I awaited the arrival of the parts. However, despite my efforts to follow up with **** via multiple voice messages and texts after a month and a half, communication was sparse. Later, I received only one text response from **** indicating that the parts would arrive in five days. After 3 more weeks, I reached to **** again but he was silence. Then, I decided to seek another technician.The second technician I consulted contradicted ****'s diagnosis, affirming that the gas pressure regulator was functioning properly and only the burner heads needed deep cleaning. We bought new heads instead, from Trail Appliances, and it resolved the soot issue.I advise against placing trust in **** or Eco Appliance Repair. Their lack of communication and inaccurate diagnosis suggest a lack of professionalism and integrity.

    This is to correct ****'s response to my review.First of all the control board was bought from a ******** company and the board only controls the oven not the heating elements. The problem was diagnosed by another technician in 20mins. The relay switch which is at the back of the stove wasn't ever checked by ****. The relay switch has nothing to do with the control board or harness.His story about the harness is incorrect. I'm out $345.00 for the board but if I would have ordered the harness, my loss would have been $500 My statements in this review can be verified by any professional technician.

    This is not a review more of an statement or a rant. This person has limited knowledge of how to repair a appliance so based on that knowledge customer thinks he knows how a stove is ************************... regardless this person has been leaving reviews on many different platforms about the same issue, the info this person is presenting in not accurate.  That is classified as malice intent to defamation and or slander of a business. We have started a case file with small claims against this person in the sum of $7500, and will be serving them within 24hours
