    This complaint is about a very precious piece of Art was sent by my sister from another continent. I have emotionally attachments to the piece. I have asked this art gallery to do wrapping for me. I have sent them a picture of what do I wanted it to be done. They accepted it and asked me to pay 240$ tax included. After one week they returned this piece while there was tear on the fabric and wrapping was done wrongly. I have called them and explained this is not right, they felt sorry and promised me to correct it. This piece of Art is on velvet and was supposed to be delivered on Nov 6th 2023. I had a conversation with the manager the told me this art is getting uneven and as it is on velvet it can not get corrected. I have mentioned to them that I file a complaint the Manager wife texted me they will *** me because I want to damage the reputation of their company as she claimed! They ruined the piece of art and also they ********** me. * *** ********* *** *** **** ** **** as the most precious and sentimental *********** got ruined! So my art got ruined and I got ********** as well.

    Dear *******,

    The velvet cloth art you gave us to stretch has uneven printed borders in all four edges. We have talked and texted you several times about it, showing you photos about how your cloth art is uneven. Unfortunately all our efforts to help resolve this matter has fallen unto deaf ears as you keep yelling and blaming us for damaging your cloth art and threatening to *** us. We have been in this business for thirty years and are experienced with stretching cloth art. It is the nature of cloth to be uneven. You showed us a picture of how to frame it and admitted the photo had a filter to make it look good for viewing purposes. We are redoing the stretching for you for the third time at our labour cost. We are doing the best to satisfy you. But the fact remains the border of your cloth piece is 2 inches off on one side and is quite lopsided.  No matter how straight you stretch the cloth over the bars, the uneven borders will still be there. I believe you are unfairly blaming us and deliberately trying to ruin our business reputation when the reality is we did you no wrong. The owner talked to you yesterday and you agreed to let us continue working on your cloth. Maybe you could come to our frameshop and personally watch us work again for the third time on your cloth. Maybe then you can appreciate what we are telling you.  Thank you. Sincerely *********************************, Retail Manager.
