    On December 14, 2024, I placed an online order for Manicci luxury car mats and received an auto generated email notification that the order had been received but have never heard back from the company since I placed the order. I never received the order nor received any response from the company either by email or phone. I was unable to leave a message on the first two attempts, - voicemail box was full but later left several voicemails and sent several emails for the company to contact me (either by phone or email) with order/shipping status. On January 16, 2025, I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute, which ******** thankfully resolved on February 27, 2025 (received dispute resolved confirmation email notification from ********). Very poor customer service. I selected 1 star only because a star rating was required in order to submit this review (how can you rate any company that does not respond to/contact the customer after several order/shipping inquiries via phone and email were made by the customer?).

    Didnt give me a shipping label of the product I wanted to return they are light up door sill protector Im afraid of them scratching the door not protecting it

    As per Manicci email, Me and about ************************************************************************** November/December of 2023. "We currently have 64 total orders undelivered from November still at international customs which can arrive any day .We currently have 84 total orders undelivered from December still at international customs which can arrive any day .We wanted to send this detailed email to say you are not alone and we really do truly apologize for the delay if you can be more patient than you already have been we would highly appreciate it as we navigate through these tough last 1-2 months delivery customs delays. To summarize your parcel along with our other customers parcels have been at border for quite some time but under customs check they are delayed because of their low efficiency"Our money is gone. Shipping company will not give out information because tracking has expired. After so long they consider it a lost parcel and say contact the company that shipped it (Manicci). They say it will arrive any day now. Saying that since the new year.

    Hello ****, 100+ orders have already arrived . Others are arriving this week the **** ***** US inspections has released. Also what happened was very rare. We encourage customers to order using Express Shipping option moving forward to avoid any US inspections delays. These checks at customs are random and out of our control under the free shipping sometimes for select orders and put into a HOLDING period. Thank you for your understanding Team Manicci
