    I got my car(2016 **** ***** **) towed to VAP auto parts in Surrey on June 15th 2023. My car was towed there as it had an issue with a transmission and would not reverse. The day I took it in they said they took my warranty company and that it would be fine and they would call me the next day with an update on what's actually wrong with my vehicle. I had not heard from them the following day let alone until the following week so mid week I called and they said it was my transmission and they have not been able to get a hold of my warranty company. Since they were unable to reach they said they would do the work essentially and fix my car and return it to me and then I can sign papers so I agreed and said that was fine. Next issue is not being able to find the right piece for my car but once they found the piece the work stopped. No work was done, my car wasn't t even touched but they are still telling me and my dad that they have been contacting global warranty everyday trying to get a consensus. I had said I needed a vehicle to get around in as I have work, school etc. The man who runs the shop told me he had a curtsey car for me. He gave me the keys to this ***** ***** which I came to find was someones personal car it had all there stuff in it and was disgusting to which I wasn't insured on this car and the company didn't even ask for my license. so after about a week driving this car and a month of my car being in the shop I had enough I told them if its not done by Thursday July 13th I was towing my car to a new shop. so I returned there car and towed it but once they gave me back my car keys I go to my car to see that it has been sitting in a alley unlocked so when I opened it my whole glove box had been torn apart, I found 2 random jackets in my car and it was a mess. someone had clearly broken in or even been sleeping in my car. even if it wasn't broken into why would there company have to rifle through my personal belongings in my car.

    This vechial came in with a transmission issue. The customer wanted to use a warranty company to cover there bill

    The warranty company gave us the run around and delayed the process for weeks. I have emails that i sent to them and emails from them.

    we were always in contact with father and told him what were facing.

    since they were a long time customer we even offered to do the job with out the consent of the warranty company to help the procces along.

    however the transmissions we fond had high km on them and this viechal has a issue with there transmissions

    we called the dealer to ask for a price which was $8000 and two weeks away the owners did not want to  pay that much so we kept looking all we found were high km tranimssions

    the mother want a courtsy car so we took our delivery car and gave them the car. Our driver was in mid shift so we pulled him off the road and gave the car to the customer

    the car was fully insured our driver was in the car when we pulled him in

    customer had the car for a week or 2 and our driver stayed at the shop with no car to drive

    we have been servicing the family cars for years we wanted to get the a good tranismission but could not find one with low enogh km
