    I am requesting copies of the parts invoices used to repair my vehicle dated for July 11th, 2023..61499- Exhaust Gaskets 2 Unit $30.18 GP 951 - Exhaust Hanger 1 Unit $15.24 GP ***** - Exhaust Pipe 1 Unit $269.09 GP *****- Catalytic Converter 1 Unit $1131.O9 GP 61503-Exhaust Gaskets 2 Unit $33.18 GP *****- Exhaust Resonator and P pe Assembly 1 Unit $183.19 GP ******- Upstream Oxygen Sensor 1 Unit $456.07 GP ******- Downstream Oxygen Sensor 1 Unit $300.09 GP Also, I would like a copy of the parts invoice for the O2 sensor for invoice #******/ work order #****** dated March 30th, 2024.*I would like to know what parts (ie:brand, part#) were used to repair my car. The repair shop used shady, cheap parts to fix my car and he will not provide me with parts invoice details. He is hiding it from me and the head office will not provide it as well. I told him he can black out his account number on the invoice if he doesn't want me to see it. I do not want the repair shop to fix my car. I do not want to go back there. I just want them to provide me with the details of the parts used.

    Hi ******,

    I have been trying to call the Customer but he has not returned my call since last month.

    I just emailed him yesterday to call us and let us know what the issue is with his vehicle and see if it is related to the parts we installed July 11, 2023.

    So I am still awaiting to hear back from him to see what the problem is with the vehicle.
