    Took my car in for a basic alignment after I replaced parts due to a crash my car was in. They quoted me 115 for a pre alignment inspections which they said if it passed they would wave that fee and procced to do the 4 wheel alignment on my car which they quoted me 160 for so the most I should have paid today was 160. They ended up saying my car passed their pre alignment inspection and proceeded to start the alignment then stopped when they found a issue with the passenger side ball joint. They claim the ball joint was installed with the wrong sided ball joint. We did not replace this sides ball joint so unlikely but that is not the issue as it could have been done by a previous owner. They quoted me 200 dollars to replace the ball joint which is a fine price however we wish to do it ours selves as we can by the part for 35 dollars and replace it in a matter of a half hour. The issue is when I came to pick the car up since they said they could not an alignment they came out with the charge of 250! They charged me for the pre inspection despite it passing and moving on to the alignment and the charge me 80 dollars for the not complete alignment since they found an issues they should have caught in the inspection. The manger did not seem to understand the issues with car nor did the front of desk clerk they just repeated what their technician said. Even after the manger on duty talked to the technician they still seemed clueless. Heard really good things but sadly did not live up to expectations in fact very disappointing. I am now a university student with 250 less when money is tight and nothing to show for it expect a much lighter wallet. The fact that they some how did not catch the issue nor wave either charge is what makes to believe this once great mechanic has become nothing but a greedy ********* of issue was October 22 2024

    Prior to receiving the complaint through the BBB, we had already reached out to the customer to work with them to find a resolution as they had left a negative review on our ****** account. We successfully reached the client on October 23rd and advised that we wished to do anything in our power to turn this around and make it a positive interaction. Instead of a billing correction the customer requested, we offered them a full refund on their initial visit and also offered to have them return to our facility so we can conclude the initial appointment at no additional cost to them. The customer expressed that they were very impressed with us reaching out and trying to make amends and was happy to come back to see us and have an appointment this coming Saturday the 26th of October.
