    I own **** **** got my steering rack replaced at JMT Auto Solution. I provided the steering part from *** **** **** *****. 2012 **** **** was ready with Rotors, breakpads & oil change but it doesn’t start so I was not able to take it home since then it’s parked & filled with garbage at this business. I put the new battery from ****** ******* but he took it off and I don’t see the battery since then. It’s been 6month now these guys are wasting my time. They don’t pickup my phone when called. April 2023 - September 2023 they’re still trying to repair my truck. They even damaged my truck passenger side door & fender. They replaced my door by themselves without any professional however it’s still damaged because the door hinges & fender are still bent or broken. I’m not sure if they damaged anything in mechanical section. I offered him to tow the truck to a different mechanic but he is playing up here not sure why. I feel something ******* business. Please help. I’m spending money on other companies to deliver my stuff since then. All I want is my truck working condition with no issues.

    October 25th-October 31st. Paid $1600 - replace alternator, fuel pump and towing. I advised it was the alternator/was broken down on Grace Rd. Originally quoted $80 - towing but became $120 on the breakdown he sent me on ********. His name is Shivam G****, he says he is a ****** ********. He lied about his knowledge. He towed my vehicle to JMT Auto where the alternator was “sourced and replaced”. (I was told alternator was exchanged for a rebuilt one but the alternator looks the same just polished/rebuilt. I have a picture with a marking in the same spot.) It was later revealed to me that he needed advice and he gave his advisor $30 for this service. (More details upon request are available) Advisor said it’s the fuel pump and it was “supposedly replaced”. (I haven’t confirmed yet.) I assumed it was replaced by JMT just as the alternator was in front of me. After the alternator I was told to leave the vehicle overnight and that the fuel pump will be sourced and replaced by tomorrow evening. I was told this by Shivam G****. The work was supposed to be done by a licensed mechanic at JMT and vehicle diagnostics were to be completed but they were not. Shivam the supposed “****** ********” replaced it. They said they let the vehicle idle for an hour and told me it was fixed and picked me up from my motel and drove me to their residence to pick it up. I don’t know if my vehicle was driven or towed to the residence and why it was there and not the shop. I noticed that and the following… 1. Driver seat was wet from them leaving the roof open when it was given to them closed. 2. The seat in the vehicle wasn’t installed properly and there are deep gouges on the trim and the carpet is work from the seat rail on the rear closest to the door. 3. I noticed that the fuel pump connector was bent indicating that he didn’t even know how to disassemble it. Shivam G**** ** ***** ******** ** ***** ********
