On June 12th I took my car to this shop as I was hearing a noise at the back of the car. He performed a diagnostic test and told me it was my brakes, he gave me an estimate and told me other things were needed. I returned on the 13th of June and he performed the job, after I drove the car the noise was still then same he told me it was meant to sound like that. A few days later while I was about to leave home. My parking stall was filled with oil as all of the oil leaked from my vehicle. I took it to him, he said the seal was cracked and caused the oil to leak so it had to be replaced. Upon looking at the vehicle while at his shop my partner and i discovered the noise I was hearing was actually from the muffler which because loose from a bracket. Meaning nothing was wrong with the brakes or anything else he stated. Two days later I was leaving work and the vehicle completely shut down on me. I took it to another mechanic to run a diagnostic who informed me that the engine had most likely got damaged from the work performed on it a few days earlier. I contacted him to let him know and he told me to bring it back and let him take a look. I contacted my insurance company who told me I needed a mechanical inspection. Upon receiving the report, the engine is blown he replaced and installed parts which were not for my vehicle which I also did not know about. I now need to replace the engine or buy a new car. Since then I have contacted him and he refuses to take accountability. I have also since read numerous reviews about his business and his work and this has happened countless times to his clients. My car did not have an issue other than the muffler before I took it to him.

The owner of the business told me for my vehicle. I need a new alternator and battery. They said It costs me nearly $3000. I didnt believe it in the first place for my condition of my car: its age (only 3 years old) and good care it has been received so far.So I talked to 3 different mechanics and all of them said this place is lying. Finally, One of the certified mechanics (studied mechanical engineering and worked as a mechanic for 6 years) came to my place (one of my neighbors ) and he and I checked my battery and alternator. We confirmed that battery is a bit lower (which is just $200 to buy at ******* and nothing wrong with alternator. This place is just a scam. This is not acceptable, no structure , no resonable approach. Very dishonest, aggressively told me to e-transfer me the deposit. I am reporting this business for their business ethic and scamming clients. They charged me $300 for diagnose. The diagnose takes 10 mins. They said $90 per hour. Therefore I ask refund of $250.

I emailed the company twice now and have not gotten a response. I am reaching out as I brought my 2017 Jeep Wrangler in twice as it was vibrating and I had concerns about being able to drive it to *************** within 30 days , and both times my jeep had to stay over night and I ended up with a bill of 2000$ +. Its now been within a month again now, and STILL it doesnt work. So all of these repairs have been done within 60 days. I reached out to ****** as I financed repairs but they said I had to speak with you directly. I would like a refund/ lowered price of the service you have given me as I am unhappy with the work that has been performed. On your website it also said you are apart of the *** and it says that with you being a part of the *** - you adhere to a ******** of ******* with a minimum warranty if 90 days or ******************************************************************* a lowered price to what was performed. As I brought it in twice for the same thing and was CHARGED a SECOND time, and now I will need to bring it somewhere a third time as the problem is still not fixed and I still do not feed safe in your work to be able to drive this Jeep to Prince ******* I am looking for a refund as these services did not fix my vehicle
