    After spending over $5,000 on maintenance repairs to my vehicle including brakes, rotars, ball joints, tie rods, a coolant leak issue. I returned for the same issues at LEAST 7 times in 6 months. They just kept fishing and adding new things to the list of repairs, yet NONE of the issues (coolant leak, brakes screeching and steering issue) were fixed. After the final straw dealing with their lies, manipulation and incompetence!! I admittedly, by the owner AJ, took my vehicle that was UNSAFE to drive and left establishment with a broken axel joint (incurred while doing the ball joint and tie rods a “cap” was not replaced as per an alignment shop I took it to) and an empty coolant reservoir and drove it home They never agreed to fix the issues or refund any portion of the money I spent. To this day my breaks screech and I fill my coolant daily. I have no more money to invest in it and cant afford a new vehicle. In my opinion Visscher Pau destroyed my vehicle !!!

    We were frustrated by the situation also. We presented the facts multiple times and have never been coercive or unkind, and we covered the cost of the specialist and their work and all your subsequent visits. We cannot work for free if the problems are not warranty issues, and if there is no trust in our experienced service advisors or in the rest of our staff, then we hope another shop would be a better fit to help.
