    Disappointed and Frustrated: 30 Minute Hit's Lack of Support I joined 30 Minute Hit's North Surrey location with high hopes, only to be sorely disappointed when it abruptly closed down. With no other convenient locations available for me, I was left with a useless membership. Despite paying for the second half of my membership, I received no compensation or refund for the services I couldn't access. Laura C******, the Director of Operations, offered empty sympathies but failed to provide any meaningful support or solution. It's infuriating to see a company prioritize profit over customer satisfaction and loyalty. Save yourself the hassle and avoid 30 Minute Hit. They're quick to take your money but slow to provide any real value or support when you need it most.
