    This company charged me $763.38 without a signed agreement, invoice, or prior authorization.I was not the renter and did not consent to having my financial information stored or reused. My only involvement was sending a one-time e-transfer on behalf of the actual renter yet months later, they processed a charge through ****** without notice or permission.They later justified this by inventing a narrative about my involvement, despite me not being named anywhere on the rental agreement. They also added fabricated charges, such as a $500 unauthorized driver fee and a $200 cleaning fee, even though the vehicle had been detailed prior to return and no such conditions were disclosed upfront.This company refuses to reverse unauthorized charges and hides behind vague policy language. Their conduct raises serious concerns about privacy breaches, misuse of stored financial data, and post-rental billing manipulation.I strongly advise avoiding this business. Their billing practices are deceptive, and their lack of accountability is deeply concerning.
