    I got my phone fixed here a few months back. I opted for the privacy screen, so when I got the phone back and the screen was darker I just assumed it was the privacy screen cover. After a few months I started having issues with the screen not responding regularly I took off the screen cover and the screen was still dark.

    I ignored the issue, because the phone was still working and I am extremely busy, but then the screen started coming off the phone and creating issues. I was not able to use the phone at all, so I called CaseMogul and talked to Steve who said the issue was within the warranty and to just come on in, and the earlier in the day the better as it gets super busy. I went in and talked to the associate who also said the phone was within warranty and he was unable to fix the phone, but his manager was able to fix it. She was scheduled for ten, but it was almost 12pm by this point, so the associate said she'd be in by 2pm the latest and tried to call her numerous times. When she didn't answer he called another store in the franchise and they suggested he give me the screen and go to that store, but he of course had to wait to hear what the manager said.

    I said I would come back in an hour to see if he had heard from her, and he took my number and said he'd call me if she spoke to him. An hour later I came back and he said I broke my phone so he could not fix it and the manager was not going to be in for a while. I asked him to phone her so I could speak to her and she said again I dropped my phone, I told her I didn't and she said then the battery was pushing the glass screen out, and was damaged and the entire phone was damaged so it wasn't under warranty and if it's more than 1-2 days she knows it is not her fault and won't fix the problem. After talking to her and being told numerous lies, I left and went to a competetor and asked them to fix it. It was fixed in 20 minutes and he said it was due to a faulty part, not my fault. I
