    I have used MYDDRIVER 3 times now and each time has been a wonderful experience! Theyre prompt, thorough, organized, and keep you up to date. From the telephone operator to the drivers, they are all exceptionally friendly and put me in a better mood with their contagious kindness. Also very good drivers!

    Booked this service 3 hours in advance and the 2 bully-like drivers showed up without being able to show valid drivers licenses after asking from my keys after saying they were waiting for 30min (they were late). I had my kids and I leaving a wedding thinking everything was well planned out. These two thug looking people asked me for my keys and I demanded that they show me ID proof and valid drivers license after they come strolling up in all black and turbans asking if I called for a ride. This service is a scam and be VERY careful! Police were also called and we had to end up putting my kids and I into a taxi because this service can not validate their own drivers. DO NOT USE! Possible robbery service!

    If I could leave a 0, I would. I got a ride home on New Years Eve and when the driver parked my vehicle, he did not switch my headlights off (originally they were in auto setting but he changed them to full). I didnt use my car for 6 days and when I went to start it, the battery was dead. Long story short, I paid $88.20 for a boost of my battery. I spoke with **** and had asked a reasonable compensation of $40 to help with the cost and their response was if it was the next day, we would. But we wont in this case. I sent in my receipt and my tow drivers name and number for reference on my battery health (which is excellent) Not a huge fan of this company and with so many choices, I would go with someone else.
