    From May *****, we ordered in total 4 disposal bins from Annacis Disposal. The last bin of garbage was picked up on around May 23. When we placed the order with our credit card information over the phone, we requested Annacis to send us the invoices once our credit card was charged. However, it took a month for them to respond and send us the invoices. During that time, we emailed two times to follow up for the invoices but they didnt provide it until our second phone call on June 22. The total invoice amount charged was $6264.25. This was beyond our expectation so we asked them to provide documents or disposal weight slips to support the charge.We followed up two times via phone call and two times via email and still no supporting documents were provided. They only responded on August 29 after we notified them that we will file a complaint with BBB. However the disposal weight slips provided were illegible and unclear. On August 30, we asked Annacis to provide clearer documentation and have received no response to date.We are reporting Annacis for the following two issues below.1. Improper business conduct in serving ****************************** did not provide invoices in a timely manner once our credit card was charged. According to our credit card statement, we were charged on June 1 to June 3. However, the invoices were provided to us on June 22, after two phone call follow-**** 2. Lack of supporting documentation for fees charged:Annacis did not respond to the customers doubt on the total fee charged. We requested Annacis to send supporting documents on June 22, but they never responded until August 29, in which the disposal weight slips provided were blurry and unclear. In no way are these documents supporting proving that the fees charged were proper and accurate. A well established and honourable business shouldnt treat customers like this. Please see attachments for the timeline of events, email correspondences, invoices, and disposal weight slips.
