      On June 7, 2022 we had Enviro Paving do an estimate for repaving our driveway. They requested $4500.00 etransfer as a deposit. If at any time we needed to cancel before the work crew or supplies were delivered, we had 100% guarantee of money refunded. Circumstances came up and we had to pull out of the contract and sent Ellen an email and she said no problem, completely understand. Our deposit was to be refunded by cheque from the accounting department. Countless phone calls and emails and we still have not received our $4500.00 deposit back. Every email and phone call, Ellen assures us that a cheque is being sent, even on Sept 23rd she sent a photo of the "cheque" that was supposedly mailed on Sept 16th. We would like our deposit back.

      Please be advised that we have resolved this concern with our customer. The initial cheque that had been issued and put in the mail did not reach the customer. We put a stop payment on the cheque and have e transferred the full deposit amount back to the customer. They have confirmed receipt of the funds.
