      The True Level crew arrived early and ready to work . **** ( supervisor ) discussed the job with me in detail and continually communicated with me plus a Manager ( ** ) visited to discuss the job with me and make sure I was happy . In addition , **** ( and his concrete guy ) returned after the job was done to re-do a small section of the driveway that " was not up to True Level standards " . I was totally impressed by all True Level staff and I highly recommend True Level Concrete .

      I used True Level to help with my walkway, driveway and garage flooring. It was a fairly complicated job as everything tied in together and it was sunken quite a bit so it was more challenging to make this right. We had a great experience with the estimator (Rob) who came to our house and pretty much walked us through everything very clearly and professionally. The onsite crew were terrific and were led by a guy (Cliff) who was clearly an expert at this. He also walked me through what they would do and what to expect with this job. He quickly raised some initial questions but Rob visited the site right away and they came up with a plan to resolve the issues. They finished the job in about a day and half and it looks AWESOME. It was pretty cool to watch how they do this work and the technology is great. It basically saved me the rest of summer if I had elected to re-do everything. It was a pricey but you get what you pay for and I cannot be happier with the end result. I would definitely use and recommend True Level again. Thank you Rob, Cliff and crew.
