    I would not have given this program any stars. Yes they helped me get a vehicle but the vehicle I got after having to go through this business to send me to another company to get a consumer purposal to get the car and then the car delivered to me was a lemon. I went to them and they shamed me for coming to them to complain about the car I got that was breaking down from the get go. *********************** made me feel like c*** and would not help me get the car fixed after he told my trustee he would. They tell your trustee one thing then you contact them and they shame you for complaining and say I should thank them for helping me instead. Fair warning, DONT go through this company !

I would like to clarify that our company's role was to assist you in managing and clearing your debt, and we were not directly involved in the sale of the vehicle itself. Therefore, for any specific issues with the vehicle, we strongly recommend that you reach out directly to the selling dealer responsible for the sale and any warranty or service agreements.However, we still take responsibility for ensuring that our clients have a positive overall experience, and it appears we fell short of that goal in your case. I would like to investigate your situation further and try to find a resolution for any concerns related to your debt management.Again, I apologize for the frustration you've experienced...We have also reiterated your concerns to the dealer that had sold you the vehicle in the hopes you can work together to find a satisfactory solution to any issues you've faced with your vehicle.
