      Took my pomeranian in for a test daycare session on September 23/22. At the end of the session Mimi was enthusiastic to sign him up as a client. So i signed up for a once a week 'membership' for a month. At the end of the next session on October 7/22 she said he barked the entire day and that I should increase the amount of times I take him in for daycare from 1 time a week to 3 times for the next 2 weeks to work on his behavior. I asked if 2 times a week for the next 2 weeks would be ok. She said that wont work and would refund my funds. I said ok and that I would let her know when the funds were received. She said they would be returned in the next few weeks. I said that wont work for me and would like funds refunded asap. She then said she doesnt do refunds and that I hadnt informed her at the outset that my pomeranian barks non stop, which he doesnt at home or at the park. Mimi then ********** ** "inform our other daycare's in the area of the risk in accepting (my pomeranian) at their daycare." So be warned in case you run into something similar.
