    They are ******. They worked on my property for 2 hours and demanded money for 3 hours. In 2 hours they couldn't even fix half the problem. They are *********** the customer to pay else they will put a lease. Called several times to resolve the matter and was told ready to pay for 2 hours which you worked but demanding extra money for which they did not work.

    I called SWR because my hot water tank was not working. The dispatcher, Michelle, was very pleasant and helpful. Once she heard that my children and I didnt have hot water, sent a technician to my place. He found out that its the manufacturer that needed to replace a part, took his time without charging me to contact the manufacturer and arranged their visit for. I refer this company to anyone who needs plumbing services.

    Didn’t do any services doesn’t communicate. Now several months later they want my credit card to get paid for doing nothing. Shady.
