    I am a Canadian education student who applied for CELBAN online classes for 10 sessions. I signed a contract and made a $300 CAD payment on January 16, ****. The classes began on January 17. However, there were no rules communicated about the start time in the contract or by the teacher. During the 4th session on January 24, I printed out notes as part of my practice questions, and the teacher, unexpectedly, became angry, stating that printing was not allowed. The teacher insisted on stopping the online classes immediately or switching to in-person classes. I dont know whats happened at that time, unaware of the rules, I was trying apologized and explained that it was impossible for me to attend in person. I offered to continue online or receive a refund for the remaining six classes, as I believed I hadn't violated any rules. Unfortunately, the teacher refused a refund, leaving me uncertain about how to proceed. I possess the contract and the conversation with Canadian Education Hub as evidence that I didn't break any rules. I seek assistance in obtaining a refund for the remaining six classes. Thank you.

    Dear Officer,Good Day! I am *****************, Last January 13, 2023 I enrolled for Online ****** ***** for ***********,***** I paid $190 for 13sessions. The schedule are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 830pm to 11:30pm.For our 1st day of session, he is late for an hour. Second Sessions, he is on time and our class is very smooth. However, on the third day, he forgot again that we have class and I remind him again through text. I attached the photo of our conversation.As you can see in our text conversation, I'm asking question if we have class or not? And he said, he is busy. At first, I did not know that is his tactics of delaying the student.Furthermore, another session again, I texted him if we have class and he said. "Tomorrow we have class". And the following day, he sent message to me that we will have class right now around 8pm but however our time that we agree during enrollment is 830pm, not 8pm and when I am online around 830pm. **** said " I am waiting for you around 8pm and waited for you for 30 minutes and your not there." **** knows that our class is 8:30pm. I noticed that he is making an excuse so that he will not be able to continue our ******* In total I have I got only 3 sessions but however he promised me 13sessios. I am asking him to refund my money back because he did not finish our study sessions.After ********** story that he is pretending that he can't hear me, he did not contact me anymore. I message him last Feb 11 to return my money back but no response.********, If he is willing to teach his student from what he promised. He will contact me and finished the session until February 15, 2023. Additionally, I waited for 3 weeks if he will contact me before making this letter because our session is not yet finished.I believed I pay for the sessions that I will learn for something in return but however he gave me stress and anxiety for what happen. **** ** **** * ********* ********** *** *** * ***** **** ** * ** *** **** ****** *** **** ****** ******** * ** **** ******* *** *** *** *** ******** *** *** ******** ** ***** ** ***** ******* The style of his teaching is different. His tactic of teaching is to encourage the student to enroll on his online session and he will delay the ****** and pretend that he can't hear me so I will wait for another day of session again and he will angry to be able for you to stop the sessions and not teaching you anymore. I am hoping that he will return my money back. I just pay for nothing.
