    I Had ordered from their website. On July/2/2023. My order was suppose to come in on the 10. After going back and forth with ***** they finally told me they could not find the package. And I would have to contact the shipper to get a refund. They sent me an email stating this. That same day I Called Green planet nutrients to let them know what was going on. I told them I wanted a refund, that was Friday July 21 2023. The lady I spoke to on the phone told me that their system was down and they wouldnt be able to process my refund until Monday. Before we got off the phone,she told me she would send me an email stating that I would be getting a refund on Monday. The women never sent the email. And when I tried to call back it was too late the office was closed for the weekend. I waited until Monday with no email, refund, or response from green planet. I gave them a call that same Monday July 24 2023. This time a women told me that,the lady I spoke to is out for the entire week on vacation. And I would not be able to hear back from them until she gets back. And the only thing she could do is take down my name and info. I feel as though this happened on purpose. The women never stated anything about going on vacation and that my refund would be processed when she got back. Instead she told me everything would be taken care of on Monday the 24th which was a lie. And now they are trying to drag this for as long as they possibly can when. I spent my money with this company almost a month ago. * **** **** ** ***** ********** *** * **** **** ** **** ******* ** **** *******. I would like the help of the BBB to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. Iv been dealing with ***** for almost 2 weeks and. Now I have to go through this with the actual shipping company. This is not fair and extremely unprofessional, because of this I had to order the same products off ****** and pay more money. I would really appreciate the help of the BBB in this situation thank you.

    We are investigating internally.  The employee who handles US E-Commerce orders is in fact on vacation returning July 31.  We need to speak with this employee to determine what/if any resolution may have already occurred.  We have some conflicting info that we need to review.  We wil respond to the customer in an effort to resolve the situation no later than Monday July 31.
