    Zero stars. The worse experience I have ever had.Every insurance renewalwas a nightmare ..nobody knew how to deal with them.I apparently needed a letter of authorization. Moving forward to the lease buy out .Tara did played games up to the end and then some.I did the inspection and she argued over that .Went in on .y set appointment date to finalize and well what do you know wifi down.Deliberate .Had to read my credit card out over the phone ?! Very bad customer service .Doesn't have a office??She does just not a the dealership.Sp why are we at the dealership???Now I wait for my invoice , and my insurance refund .Which will be sent to the office that she does not use .Loads of redflags .Stay away .If they try to lease you with these people run.Dont walk .
