      On June 6th, ***** came to fix a broken spring on our garage door, I asked the price before he did the job and he said it would be ****** per spring and ****** service fee, he recommended to replace both springs even though only one was broken since the other one will probably break in the near future, I said to him that his pricing is really expensive, since the estimation they quoted me on the phone initially was a lot less, he said he will give me a little price reduction ** *** ******** ***, if I give him ****** cash, otherwise it would be ****** plus tax. ** *** *** ******* ** * *** ***** ******** but I needed the door fixed as it is really heavy to manually lift it.       This customer is a layer and we spoke with her a couple times a different personal from our company and she is making up things 

      We tried to contact her again to get to a conclusion but she is not unswerving to our calls at least 3 times 



      I am really ****** off from this customer and have nothing good to add
