    SRS roofing company placed a new gutter in my house on 22 July 2020. The gutter in the back side more and also less in other sides leaks from behind in heavy rains. I already informed him in the first rain. He sent someone to fix it one time and he came another time by himself. None of them could solve the issues. He gave me 10 years warranty in his invoice but last time he was unhappy to come back again and left me a long piece of metal in my backyard and told me I may need that piece to fix the issues. All supporting photos/videos a few times were sent to the owner of the SRS company *** ******* *****

    I have to wait until heavy rain comes to see water still is dropping from behind if gutter or not?Also, I have to see my gutters still make a lots of icicles in flat part of roof  or not?

    I can’t say right now the problem was solved or not. But, I appreciate this company because at least tried to solve the issue.

    I'm I'm talks with house owner we are meeting st his property tomorrow or Saturday to install new downpipr and that should conclude the complain. I will update once I meet client.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    1-My original complaint is because in heavy rain water drips from behind of the gutter mostly in backside and as a roof company told me his gutter needs to be re-slopped. He and his coworker came already 3 times to solve the issue. I have to wait to see it in heavy rain. I can't tell at this time he fixed or not fixed the issue, but I appreciate his efforts.

    2-I found out he also disconnected one of my downpipe in the shingle part of roof during installation. I contacted him last week to place it back as the roofer company advised me. He is going to charge me $150 for it which is fine with me, he has no done it yet. This issue is different from my original complaint. I will let BBB know and I withdraw my complaint as soon as all issues to be solved.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    Remark: When the weather gets better, the gutter company will put back my down pipe. He also may need to check to see any gutter needed to be re-sloped. I will find out if tge issue was or was not solved until to see a heavy rain. We need more times. Thank you
