    Installation of new Generator was well done. Accounting tried to overcharge the amount on the proposed estimate, adding cc processing fees when all payments were e-transferred and adding a "service" fee on a new install (not in the estimate delivered to me)

    The customer was sent an overdue invoice in error due to a system error with QBO. Once ***'s office realized this happened it was looked into and the charge was reversed for the service fee of $335 plus GST to a free service. The credit card charge was put on his invoice by accident and the employee who did this has been educated on invoicing. This was a mistake and people are human. We offered this customer an upgrade on his extended warranty, which he was not interested in. We will be giving to him either way. The customer was responded to in a timely manner and we feel this has been resolved to the best of our abilities. Customer was sent an email and had a phone call this morning to explain what had happened. He has asked for this amount of $39.82 to be credited on his account for future invoices. He would like to move on as per his email this morning.
