Our experience with ******, owner of Rosalie Preventive Maintenance, was one of professionalism and commitment to doing the best work possible. We had him clean our approximately 200 square foot glass roof in mid November. He showed up when promised and immediately went to work blowing the leaf debris off and then getting on the roof scrubbing off the adhesive like pollen mixture. Over the past 12 years I have had numerous companies come in to clean the roof and this was the first time someone took the time and care to actually make sure each of the 16 panels were entirely cleaned. Three weeks after the roof was cleaned a windstorm came through and once again covered the glass roof with leaves and debris. I had ****** come back to blow the leaves off..expecting him to do just that. Not only did he blow the leaves but he also got down on his hands and knees on the glass with a cloth and made sure the stains left by the leaves were scrubbed off. He finished off by once again hosing down the roof. ****** and his company will be the first company *** used in 12 years that I will have come back to do our roof cleaning next year.

Called for a quote and ****** responded within an hour. He came by and worked up a quote which I thought was reasonable. He was able to do the work right away which was excellent. All work was done as described. He also provided a quote for **** removal which we may look into at a later date.Rosalie Preventative Maintenance Services
