    I ordered a number of Sukin Natural Deoderants and was billed through ****** in the amount of $75.54 on December 1, 2023. I received confirmation by email that the order was received and being processed for shipment Dec 1st, 2023 (same day). With no arrival of the products and no further communication by December 16th, I sent an email inquiry as to the status/had it actually been shipped. December 19, 2023, store owner Dean C********* responded with a potential supply issue and that he would have a response as to whether he could locate the product or not for me in a few days. In that same thread/same day... I asked for a REFUND if the product as (still - print screen attached!) advertized on their website could not be located to which he responded if he could not locate the product he would issue a credit note.
    Having heard nothing a full month later, I called the store/left a lengthy message on January 20th, asking that we please resolve this issue, and even suggested alternate products that he may have (perhaps, hard to tell as the unavailable Sukin is still on the site) and could send in its place and could he please confirm some kind of resolution by email or telephone. Hearing nothing, I called back again January 27th, 2024, and spoke to Garrett (?) who advised Dean would not be in-store until the following Friday. Garret did not offer to take a message. January 30th I sent the store/Dean another email with this same summary of events and how silly it is that he has had my money for 2 months and no product of ANY KIND has been delivered and no refund has been processed. I have tried to be generous and patient however this guy is advertizing goods he does not have and has been unresponsive for weeks. Unless resolved, this is straight up theft. A credit note has never been an acceptable solution in my mind - and was not accepted as such.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find this resolution to be satisfactory.
    This series of events, time required to attempt to communicate with the business to resolve, and even having to escalate the complaint to BBB has been highly frustrating, however I can confirm the refund was processed and has been recevied.
