    I have just completed a new home at 10711 Roselea Crescent in Richmond BC. Customer moved in March 2023. Customer was complaining that the Air Conditioning was not working properly. Gary returned after 1 month and replaced exterior unit that did not fix the problem. Gary has since not returned any calls and ignored all communication. I have hired a 3rd party to evaluate the system and found out now that I have to replace all the ducting and entire system from scratch. I have to tear out all the drywall and expose all ducting as Gary's Omni Gas Ltd. joke of a company installed mis matching units and undersized ducting everywhere in the house and the only way to fix is to re do entire system which will cost over $30,000 and force owners to move out for 6 weeks while the entire system is replaced. I can guarantee that this is only 1 complete hack job and he is out there everyday destroying systems on a daily basis that homeowners will have to deal with all the problems in future when the systems will continue to have problems. ** ****** *** ** **** ** **** ******* ****** *** ***** ******* **** ****** ***** **** ** *********
