    Good Company with great employees who know how to do their jobs. Good communication right down from the Sales person to the installers. Very happy with the installers work. I asked for the furnace to be lifted off the floor slightly and to be re-positioned. They did an excellent job re-building the duct work as needed and also in extending piping up thru the roof. Very professional. As for the ****** Furnace chose the model ****** and after one full week of service it appears to be a very good unit with lots of heat and nice and quiet. Thank you !

    Fantastic customer service. My 94 year old mother in law's furnace broke down right before Christmas. Tried to get someone to come out, all busy till after new year.ybfrienda son Matt B***** who works for Thomson industries in a different division for someone to call me and I had an estimate done super fast. We decided to go with new furnace as opposed to repair. This was done first thing Dec 27. Dave the estimator who lives in same town came out through all the snow to assist us and was both personally and professionally wonderful. He explained everything to us and pointed out extras that would need to done to bring everything up to par. The two guys that came to install were fast and efficient and also very personable. Would recommend this company to anyone

    Had furnace serviced. Technician arrived on time, and was very courteous. Was able to answer some questions I had about the thermostat, and also found the reason we had a problem with the furnace a few weeks earlier. He cleaned out the wasp nest he found and explained that it had dropped onto the sensors causing the furnace to short cycle and show a variety of problem codes. He cleaned up everything and furnace is running great. Very happy with the service.

    We had a heat pump installed recently.. just in time for the heat wave .. and it was the best decision we’ve made!
    We chose Thomson Industries as we had used them for our furnace and tankless water heater needs a year or so ago and were happy with their work.
    The whole process was seamless… from Rob’s initial contact to the installation.
    The installers (2 brothers) were absolutely wonderful to deal with even accommodating us leaving the premises for a hospital appointment we could not avoid for a few hours!
    The only snag I had was with their rebate claims dept.
    There was a back and forth …have claimed/ not claimed emails that was confusing.
    We were needing some handholding which was apparently missed.
    Otherwise this company is a delight to work with and I would recommend their product and services in a heartbeat ??
