    Subject: ******************************** and Partial Refund from Awal Home Design.I am writing to file a formal complaint against Awal Home Design regarding a series of issues related to the services I contracted for the design of my home.I initially paid a 50% deposit ($2500) to Awal Home Design for the creation of architectural drawings for my home, with the understanding that the work would be completed quickly, as he assured me the project would be delivered within days. Unfortunately, my experience with him has been nothing short of frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing.Despite his initial promises, I repeatedly had to follow up with him to receive updates. When the drawings were delivered, I was surprised by the amateur quality of the work. It was clear that my time and money had been wasted, and the delays caused significant disruption to my entire project timeline. Throughout this process, Awal Home Design was unresponsive to calls, emails, and messages, causing a great deal of stress. His lack of professionalism and failure to meet deadlines were further compounded by his inability to communicate effectively.After many attempts to resolve the matter, I decided to part ways with him. Although I requested a full refund, we agreed on a partial refund of $2,000. However, after a long wait and numerous attempts to reach him, I received only $1,500 without any explanation. Since then, I have made multiple calls and sent many text messages, but he has failed to ********** I have yet to receive the remainder of my refund, I am requesting that the full agreed-upon amount of $2,000 be returned to me. I believe I am entitled to the outstanding $500 and seek assistance from the Better Business Bureau in resolving this matter.I would appreciate your intervention to help ensure that Awal Home Design fulfills its commitment and refunds the remaining amount owed.Thank you for your time and assistance.
