      Unwanted solicitation for a few months now. I have requested through the sales person and the front office to cease communication yet ******* continues to cold call. When speaking to ***** at the front desk, she claims to remove our number but the calls still happen. The latest infraction was 05-01-24 @ 845 am.

      In response to the mail we got on May 18, 2024, ID#********.
      Thank you for your mail; I appreciate it.
      In response to ********************************* issue, we apologize for the inconvenience.
      It has been investigated, and further research is being conducted into this matter.
      We track the conversation, and our record only contains two call recordings (February 2024 once & May 2024 once).

      The problem is that their company number is recorded under a different name in our system, which causes confusion.
      We try to explain the matter to ****************, but he refuses to listen and is quite nasty to our staff. Our staff simply listen to him instead.
      His remarks on ****** have also been removed due to his accusations to our company.

      Please see the accompanying photograph about his ****** review that has been turn down.
