  I hired this company through request a quote at the Better Business Bureau website. Finish siding and skirting my house and build stone stairs.(the front and 1/3 of the west side we’re all really done . It took two months to do this for a 1200 sq ft bungalow. They wanted to put a piece of aluminum over the faux brick work. Which I said, looked bad, and I wanted to three access doors to the crawlspace finished. The left the corners and walked away. They screwed a bit of trim over the doors with uneven cuts and walked away. I ended up finishing this myself with a combination of fibreglass and automotive *****. As it was late in the year, I didn’t get a chance to completely finish the one corner. I gave them two storage sheds both with double doors one 6‘ x 4‘ x 2‘ the other 4‘ x 4‘ x 2‘ in exchange for painting the pillars and facia of my carport to match the rest of my house. They also agreed to come back and fix the corner of my shed, which is rotten , they did neither. I’ve waited patiently for them to return, and I have heard nothing. The stairs they build, or made of inferior stone, which is prone to chipping, and the whole structure is cracking. I have pictures but I’m having a problem uploading

  This project was started in August 2022 and finished in September 2022. This customer called and sent texts to me pretty much evey day during this project.  This customer made changes every step of the way from how the trim was intalled to what type of trim  to painting the trim to removing the trim. Changes were made to the stairs from porcelain tile to stone. Changes were made to the railing after railings were being manufactured. Changes were made to steps after steps were built. Changes were made to the vinyl skirting. After vinyl skirting was purchased customer wanted it painted. I did everything I could to accomodate this customer

  This customer agreed to pay me minimal for all the extras and we settled up the contract 7 months ago

  I did not receive any sheds and I did not aggree to any painting or fixing of rotten corner as customer says

  As for the craced mortar this does happen on rock work and is easily repaired but I need to know to be able to repair

  This should not be a complaint to bbb

  I am rejecting this response because: This response is not true , I made no changes to the job I asked for. I asked them to finish siding my house in the hardy board. I asked them to finish putting the full brick work around the rest of the house and to make stone stairs the requested changes were from the contractor. Who wanted to give me dirt gray brick work when the existing brick work was white and argued with me over the trim and argued with me over the stone stairs. I received assurance from the owner of this company that he would come back or his worker would come back and paint my pillars and facia on my carport and would come back and fix my shed and knew very well that I had given the two sheds because he told me he would make sure they were done when I gave them to his worker

  After talking to the sub contractor, he was offered the sheds for $150 

  He did not have $150 and was asked to take them away anyway as the customer did not want them

  He did say he would do some minor repairs and informed me he  tried numerous times to contact the customer

  It's still to early for painting but I will make sure this gets done or I could send the customer $150

  I am rejecting this response because:This is made up nonesense. At first they said they did not receive the as new storage sheds, now they say they got them. So obviously they are lying. The deal was and remains ... take the sheds and paint the pillars and facia of my car port. And, fix the rotten corner of my built in shed. Reinmburse me for the money on the now crumbling stairs so I can find some one that knows what they are doing to rebuild them or repair them

  I am rejecting this response because: I was away, dealing with a family emergency, as my niece attempted suicide. I noticed when I returned today that I received one call from TWE bond Restorations . I did not receive any messages . I received no call from any other person regarding my issues at any time. Not from Stan at TWE , and not from the worker that was at my house. Repeat , I received no calls from anyone related to bond Restorations or TWE between the fall last year and now. To describe the sheds as unwanted, I believe it’s in accurate, because I use them to barter for further work, and they are worth considerably more than $150 which anyone can see clearly by going to any hardware store.
