Overall, the team met my family's needs for both functionality and style, leading to a highly positive recommendation for their professionalism, creativity, and client care.   Our introduction to My House Design/Build Team occurred when neighbors hosted an open house to showcase their incredible home transformation. We attended out of curiosity and were amazed by the design, which incorporated both industrial and organic elements we had always envisioned for our own space. We immediately decided that we would choose My House Design/Build Team for our renovation. They did our our stunning main floor renovation, which included a complete transformation of our kitchen, dining area, mudroom, storage room, and office. We frequently receive compliments from visitors about the beauty of our home. We were highly impressed with their discovery process, project planning, and estimating. Each step was meticulously detailed, instilling confidence as we prepared for the extensive renovation ********* of the most impressive aspects of working with My House Design/Build Team was the budgeting process.   We chose My House Design/Build Team as we were impressed by their reputation, organization and ability to coordinate multiple trades. Our whole-floor renovation is now complete and we are thrilled with the results.Communication with the Team was excellent. Numerous floor plans were drawn to scale with cross-sections that let us visualize the layouts. The renovation was overseen by an experienced project coordinator. It included demolition, re-routing of wiring and plumbing, wall-board installation/modification and plastering, painting and laying of flooring, and tiling. High quality finish-carpentry included cabinet work, and installation of extensive floor- and crown moldings. Without exception the trades were professionals, communicated well, provided suggestions along the way and were excellent at their ******** House/Design team provides the client with peace of mind. Throughout the whole project we felt assured that any concerns we had were swiftly addressed. From our experience, for anyone wanting a renovation, My House Design/Build is the company to choose.

  We connected with My House at the BC Home and Garden show and were immediately impressed by their extensive gallery of beautiful projects. The initial meetings were extremely informative and they were very transparent about the process from beginning to ****** the beginning stage, the budget management process was clearly outlined. My House ensures that all the financials are completely transparent, clear, easy to follow, and very detailed. They were timely in providing regularly scheduled emails for our perusal. There were no concerns or issues at any time regarding budgeting/billing.We had numerous meetings with ****** for *************** planning. ****** walked us through every step including attending meetings with us to purchase appliances and plumbing fixtures. She assisted with defining and narrowing our vision for our dream kitchen. ****** helped us focus and choose between various options so that it was manageable and not so *************** the building/renovation stage, the numerous trades were extremely professional. When approached with questions (or for a conversation/update), they were patient and kind. They took their work seriously and displayed considerable pride in creating a beautiful space that we can enjoy for many years to come. The trades worked very well together and were courteous throughout.Our finished project is absolutely beautiful. We plan on remaining in this home for many years to come. If we ever did move to downsize in the future, we would absolutely use My House Design again.

  We recently had the pleasure of working with My House Design/Build Team on a full-scale main floor renovation of our longtime family home, and we couldnt be more pleased with the outcome. From start to finish, the **** Team displayed a genuine commitment to bringing our vision to life. They took the time to understand not only our needs but also our style preferences and long-term goals for our home. Our main goal and reason for the renovation was to stay in our house and age in place. The building crew were courteous, punctual, and maintained a tidy workspace, which was very much appreciated by us and our neighbours. Many of the team members took pride in their work, and it showed in their attention to detail, especially with the finishing touches. They provided a detailed estimate, and there were minimal hidden fees and very few unexpected expenses. Overall, my experience with ********* was very good. They really do it all!
