    Ken was great. He added the ******* ******* ***** ***** ** ****** ********* ***, following ****** instruction on their website. It didn't work because **** no longer supports external drives to their ***, something which is not mentioned on their website.
    Ken talked to the **** technicians, and got them to order me a second ********* *** for **FREE**, as that is the only way for me to add space for my *** recordings.
    **** ** ****** **** **** **** ** ******* ** *** *** **** *** ***** Thanks to Ken, I can get the extra *** and disk space installed for free.
