Do not buy a used tub from this company.
We did. It was delivered to us in a very unclean, unsanitary condition.
Within 6 months it is leaking like a sieve and pieces are falling off into the tub.
And then there was the explosion of white mould …
Very disappointing.

Question: Why didn't you contact us directly so we can discuss things, instead of posting a hostile review online? Being mean-spirited does not help resolve things.
1. It's altogether possible that the hot tub arrived dirty. the exterior can get dirty during transport and delivery, especially in wet weather. Sorry it had to be wiped down after being put in place
2. The hot tub was NOT unsanitary. We sanitized it during our preparation process.
3. Sorry to hear it sprung a leak after 7 months, but that's a risk one takes when choosing to buy a used product. I very much doubt it's "leaking like a sieve", but the good news is that leaks are easy to fix. If you'd contacted us about this in a civil manner, we would have taken good care of you.
4. I find it hard to believe that pieces are falling into the tub. That doesn't make sense, and I'm sure there's a reasonable explanation and solution.
5. White mold in water has nothing to do with the vendor. It has to do with improper water balance.
Not sure what else to say, as you haven't given us a chance to speak with you directly about things.
