      ******************* ********************************************************** at Evolution has been providing unprofessional survey to us despite having a license under BC ********************** associations. Lots of mistake in their survey results rude and unprofessional response in emails and texts. This surveyor is always late and never shows up on agreed time/date. We would like our money back to hire a different professional surveyor instead.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      im looking forward to hearing from your lawyer. I will also hire my own legal team to deal with you. You show little professionalism for your work and Im sure the judge would love to see your text and email responses. You are also reported to BC survey association for your lack of professionalism.

      *****, please stop wasting my time with joking around. Youre bluffing with the lawyer thing.

      If you are really a professional you would make sure the survey contains all the elements that are physically present within the property back when the survey was first done. Also, your response to updating the survey plans was simply no is just unprofessional. All this is on the top of you being late and now showing up on agreed upon date multiple times and making mistakes here and there. Seriously, you are one unprofessional individual.
