      I was so excited to have a landscaper help me with my garden. Based on the quote they gave me I felt I could afford to have them back and looked forward to a continuing relationship. I was given a quote for a specific job. When the crew were here I was informed they were reaching "time" and did I want them to continue. I of course said yes but did not ask how much thinking it would be reasonable. The final cost for the job they quoted came in 70% higher than the quote. A bit of a shock. The weeding job was definitely substandard and the weeds are now popping through the bark mulch. My garden looks the same now as it did before Ladybug. A major disappointment and I just wasted a few thousand dollars. They are aware of my complaint but have not offered to rectify the poor job they did,
