DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! ****** came to fix my oven that was not working as well as my dishwasher. I asked how much I owed him and told me $353.92. I asked if he took **** and he said no, only e transfers. He gave me his full name and I e transferred the money. He said he was in a hurry, but would get me a receipt. He ordered a part and returned a week later to install it for the oven. He told me my dishwasher drum was leaking and he would need to order the part, it would be a special order item. I never heard from him again. I have emailed, phoned and messaged. No response. I just want to know the details of what I paid forvery unprofessional!!! After searching the internet I am not the only person that he has do e this to. Looks like he is skimming from the company!

We had ****** to repair our dryer. The repair was very quick and rather expensive, but I was relieved to know the dryer was finally running smoothly. On his way out, ****** assured us that the invoice will be sent via email. We are three weeks post repair and still no invoice. We texted, called, emailed, all to no evail. Be mindful of this and NEVER let him leave your home with empty promisses. Issuing an invoice is a standard professional practice. In fact, it's mandatory to do so. It also establishes warranty on his work and allows small business owners to claim part of the expense should their business be operated from home. I understand ****** purchased this business not long ago. Someone needs to educate this man about his duties to clients.
