    Exceptional service and such an awesome experience buying a bed from WR Mattress Gallery. Not only that sales representative ***** was incredibly helpful when we came in looking for a bed for our spare bedroom. She showed us multiple options for bed frames and mattresses as well. Once we purchased our preferred item she arranged for a smooth delivery. The delivery guys were amazing! Very careful going up two difficult levels in our narrow townhouse. They navigated the stairs with caution and ensured there was no damage to our walls. They were extremely careful and demonstrated high level of skills of moving heavy items. I would highly recommend the store for buying a high quality bed and mattress and professional delivery!

    WR Mattress is a class act. They listen to what their customers are asking and make recommendations suited to meet those needs. The quality of the products WR Mattress sells is second-to-none. From sale to delivery and set-up, you couldnt hope for better communications and handling. The delivery teams are thoroughly professional and work quickly/efficiently. I highly, highly recommend WR Mattress for your mattress (and bedroom furniture supply) needs.

    We met **** at the home show and after talking with him at length, we decided to put a deposit on a mattress. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Absolutely no pressure which was very refreshing! We went away with great information and did our own research which led us to purchase a latex mattress. ***** made the arrangements for delivery. Everything went great and we are very pleased with our purchase! Can't say enough about the customer service from both **** and *****. Would highly recommend.

    I found everyone from the same person to the contact person to the delivery people extremely professional, polite, and helpful. I have been sleeping better withmy new bed and Im so glad that I finally got around to changing it.

    To be honest, it wasnt my plan to stop in here, but I was getting my vehicle worked on just down the street once I got in the gentleman who helped me. Was just generally a good guy and very helpful. I gotta say he knew thing about mattresses any question I asked theres was no hesitation. He knew exactly what he was talking about. Not only did he help me he gave me a great deal on the mattress. He even came by my place and measured out my bed to make sure the measurements were right. You dont see people go out of their way to come to your house and do that just amazing Service from all the people who work there once again, thank you guys very much for what you guys did. Not trying to talk them up just go there and youll see what Im talking about. Just generally good people with good products

    Excellent buying experience. Phoned from ******* and spoke with ***** about what we needed to accomplish on a tight time schedule. My sister was moving from her condo to a seniors residence so timing was important. Everything from purchase of the bed and mattress, to delivery and assembly went as planned and promised. From *****, and **** in-store to delivery and assembly by ***** and **** the process was seamless and stress free. Thank you.
