    This company towed my vehicle to a shop on Dec. 27 after doing a diagnostic and said it would be ready the next day. The suspected issue was a wiring harness. They were told very specifically to keep all the parts as it could be an **** claim. They agreed. The truck was not ready on Dec. 28 and I was away until Jan. 3. When I returned they would not release my truck until Jan. 5. When I picked up the truck they did not provide an invoice but said they would email it right away. They also said that the parts were at the shop. I went to the address they gave me for the shop the next day but could not find the business. I contacted them by phone, email and text asking for the parts. They have not provided the parts and refuse to. I need the parts to file a claim with ****. The amount on the invoice was different than the amount I was charged. At this time all I want is the parts that they claim they replaced, a wiring harness and torque converter.

    Delivery is the issue.  In order to resolve the issue the missing parts for my truck need to be delivered to my residence.

    On Feb-16-*****, LM Mechanic was called to repair one of our company vehicles somewhere in ******, ** for which they responded to and worked on the vehicles. However, they have since then refused to issue a receipt or invoice for the work done. The owner, kept postponing until he stopped answering calls or messages. I would like this resolved asap as $934.50 was charged and there is no invoice for finance purposes. All attempts to reach LM Mechanic via calls or messages has failed.

    I initially did request this tow truck on Sunday, March 19th, 2023 but I soon learned that I didn't need one (the steering wheel was locked but all else was fine) and immediately called Lower Mainland Mobile Mechanics aka MOBILE MECHANIC 24/7 back to cancel the tow truck and get my money back (I etransferred it ahead of time), and spoke specifically to the employee, ***************************. This complaint is solely based upon this specific employee or perhaps owner.I called ****** to request a refund and he said he would cancel the tow truck and see if I could get a refund, he never called me back and never texted either. Long story short, no tow truck, no refund, no receipt, and no contract or written agreement for "services rendered". Eventually, I became enraged after multiple texts and calls. I'm a grade 12 student and I work very hard for my money, $85.00 is worth 6-7 hours of work and I'd like it back because I didn't need a tow truck that I paid for and didn't even get it, really. They have made no attempt to resolve the issue and basically 'abandoned' the situation.
